Course Format: Live virtual educational and skills based workshop. Small-group, breakout rooms, activities, and hands on practice! There will be a lunch break and several brain breaks.

PRESENTER BIO
Valerie Weeks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Qualified Supervisor and Certified Gottman Therapist. She is trained in three unique methods of couples therapy (The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Discernment Counseling). She holds additional certifications as well as over 16 years of training and expertise in Mindfulness Based practices and meditative techniques. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
